About The Consortium

The Consortium of National Law Universities was established on 19th August, 2017 with the aim of improving standards of legal education in the country and serving the justice system through legal education.

Twenty-Five National Law Universities have joined the Consortium as members. The Consortium aspires to facilitate better coordination amongst National Law Schools to achieve the highest standards of legal education in the country.

The serving President is Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar, Director, GNLU, Gandhinagar, and Vice-President is Prof. (Dr.) Dilip Ukey, Vice-Chancellor, MNLU, Mumbai.
